As a certified Lifestyle & Mentor coach. I am here to help you feel more confident  and support you in your coaching development.

I started my coaching journey over 12 years ago and trained with the International Coaching Federation. I currently hold PCC accreditation as well as being registered with the ICF for Mentor Coaching. 

​

I have been teaching & supporting the students at The Clique Academy since 2020, through lectures as well as individual mentor sessions. 

We explore together what you're looking to achieve and develop.  I will provide oral & written feedback on a series of our sessions (and) recordings of your own coaching sessions. I create a space allowing you to grow your coaching skills, while being supportive & respectful to your unique style, all while utilizing and discussing the ICF competencies & gain clarity on how you immerse them naturally into your coaching practice. 

 

You will be mentored on your coaching skills & in broadening your creative process, finding your unique style, deepening your confidence & help you to become present in your own capabilities.

I hope together we can find the answers to: Who are you as a coach, What is your strength & how can you nurture yourself to be ready to step into this incredible journey of yours with honed skills and more confidence.

1 SESSION
150€

  • 1 one-hour session of mentor coaching.
     

  • Oral or written feedback after your session.
     

  • Any required documentation for your ICF credential application.

  • 3 one-hour sessions of mentor coaching.
     

  • Up to 45 min of listening of your recorded sessions with clients with feedback during our sessions.
     

  • Oral or written feedback after each session.
     

  • Unlimited email support during your coaching time frame.
     

  • Any required documentation for your ICF credential application

10 SESSIONS
1450€

  • 10 one-hour sessions of mentor coaching.
     

  • Up to 2 listening of your recorded sessions with clients with feedback during our sessions.
     

  • Oral or written feedback after each session.

  • Any required documentation for your ICF credential application.
